David has been a Commercial Real Estate Specialist since he started in the real estate business in 1987. After successfully completing fifteen years of sales with several national real estate companies, David created Commercial Property Network with a renewed emphasis on customer service, with an increased focus on finding ways to save clients money when leasing or buying office or warehouse space and always providing the lowest commission rates on new listings in the central Ohio area. Throughout his career, David has distinguished himself as one of the top selling commercial real estate salesmen in Columbus and the surrounding areas.

Twenty years of commercial real estate training, education and experience provides David with the expertise to handle a variety of corporate or private real estate transactions. David has successfully completed an assorted array of transactions for small and large clients throughout the greater Columbus market, earning him the distinction as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) in 2005.   Prior to David’s real estate career, he was employed as an account manager for Consolidated Freightways (CF).
